Description

TIDAL is seeking a Payments Manager based in NYC. The successful candidate will be a top performer with experience in the digital payments industry or a payments manager role in an e-commerce company, preferably with a subscription based business model. The Payments Manager will be adept at working with global payment providers, analyzing key business metrics, operationalizing key payments related processes (such as refunds and charge-back management), optimizing check-out processes and global payments strategy. The candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience in the payments and/or e-commerce industry and an in depth understanding of both commercials and products of digital payments
Track record across various aspects of the digital payments process

Able to analyze and optimize transactions acceptance rates and checkout conversion performance across all of TIDAL markets
Comfortable at managing refunds and chargebacks related processes

Entrepreneurial mind-set and team player; creative and strategic thinker with a can do positive attitude
Ability to build and nurture relationships internally and externally
